How To Register For an Account
To register for a new account, you must click on the register link at the top right hand area of the site. A valid email is required in order to receive an email for your activation. Once you have registered, you may add a free community listing on our site.

How To Add a Free Basic Listing
Click on the Advertise Your Community link and scroll down to the basic free listing select button. Be sure to fill out the required fields marked with a red asterisk symbol. Be as detailed as possible about your community in the services box. 

The Location of My Community is Not Accurate
If the location on the map is incorrect, drag the orange marker to the appropriate spot. You may have to close the popup bubble before you are able to move the orange marker.

How To Upgrade Your Listing From a Basic Listing
Go to My Account at the top right hand corner of the site. Find the community you wish to upgrade and follow the instructions. Be sure to enter all required fields marked with a red asterisk symbol. Be as detailed as possible when entering information about your sevices, certification, and any other additional information about your community.

How To Downgrade Your Premium Listing
Go to My Account at the top right hand corner of the site. Find the community you wish to downgrade under My Communities. Click on the Downgrade to Basic link and you will receive a confirmation email about your premium advertising cancellation.

How Do I Change My Password?
Go to My Account at the top right hand corner of the site. Go to the Change Password link and confirm your updated password.

What Size Images Can I Upload On My Listing?
Please keep images under 2MB. It is best to optimize the image before uploading it to our server. Image formats should be in .gif, .jpg, or .jpeg. The ideal image width and height is 300 x 250 pixels.

Claiming a Community
If you see a community listing that is yours, you may go ahead and claim it by clicking on the Claim Community link. Our team will authenticate your listing by requiring further details and proof of community ownership. Once the listing is authenticated, you will have full control of your listing.
