Nursing Home Care Ratings

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) services released a nursing home ratings system that assigns a one to five star rating score for staffing, quality, and health inspections. They have evaluated the quality ratings of over 16,000 nursing homes across the U.S.

Use this application tool to see the results of any nursing home in your area that was evaluated by the CMS. You can search by facility name, address of the nursing home, state, city, or overall rating. The results page will include the overall rating, quality rating, as well as the nurse staffing rating.
